Position Summary (Night Auditor) :

n

Support your Guest Services team with general operational tasks

n

Be an expert on the hotel and the surrounding area, have a sense of the local to exceed traveller expectations

n

Assign rooms according to traveller requests and preferences whenever possible

n

Handle general enquiries, and provide a friendly, genuine service with each traveller experience

n

Assist with verifying and adjusting billing for travellers whilst following up with traveller questions and requests

n

Build and strengthen relationships with existing and current travellers to enable future bookings

n

Position Summary (At Your Service) :

n

Answer, record, and process all guest requests, questions, or concerns via telephone, email, chat, and mobile communication devices.

n

Operate telephone switchboard, process guest requests for wake-up calls, and connecting and directing calls to the appropriate extension

n

Support the Guest Services team with general operational tasks

n

Be an expert on the hotel and the surrounding area, have a sense of the local to exceed traveller expectations

n

Handle general enquiries, and provide a friendly, genuine service with each traveller experience

n

Assist with verifying and adjusting billing for travellers whilst following up with traveller questions and requests

n





Build and strengthen relationships with existing and recent travellers to enable future bookings

n

About You:

n

Experience with OPERA property management system or similar

n

Relevant experience in a similar role

n
