Job Description

Diageo in Sydney HQ is seeking a senior Sales/RGM skilled to develop and embed RGM strategies across price, promotion, assortment, mix and trade investment, translating them into annual commercial plans aligned to business targets.

You will lead pricing strategy, CPI and excise responses, ensure in-market execution, govern plans, and drive robust Joint Business Planning (JBP) and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Finance to deliver measurable financial outcomes.
