n • Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issuesn

n • Working knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow Studion

n • Experience working in ITSM environmentsn

n • Understanding of ITIL processesn

n • Valuable communication and documentation skillsn
