Key Responsibilities

n

In this role, you will:

n

n
- Welcome customers and make every display-centre visit count
n
- Qualify enquiries and manage leads, appointments and follow-ups in Salesforce
n
- Bring our designs, inclusions and building journey to life
n
- Keep customers informed across phone, email and other channels
n
- Support the sales team and keep display homes looking their best
n

n

What we're looking for

n

n
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays




n
- Sales support or customer service experience; property or building experience is a bonus
n
- A passion for new homes and a natural ability to build relationships
n
- Confidence with Microsoft Office and Salesforce; industry systems experience is advantageous
n
- A proactive, organised approach in a quick-paced environment
n

Qualifications and experience

n

n
- Current driver's licence
n
- Current Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration, or a higher relevant real estate licence (preferred)
n
- Current General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
n
