Panelfab Hire is looking for a motivated and reliable Leading Hand Yardman to join the team in Gracemere. This is a key position within the business, responsible for ensuring the portable building hire fleet is maintained to a high standard and ready for customers.

Key responsibilities n

n
- Cleaning and preparing portable buildings for hire
n
- Maintaining a high standard across the hire fleet
n
- Controlling and managing stock going in and out of the yard
n
- Loading and unloading transport contractors
n
- Carrying out repairs and general maintenance on portable buildings and fleet
n
- Ensuring the yard is kept clean, organised and safe
n
- Assisting with the day-to-day coordination of yard activities
n
- Maintaining quality standards and ensuring buildings are ready for customers
n
- Taking responsibility and helping lead the yard team as required
n

- Forklift licence (required)

- Open driver's licence (required)

- MR licence (highly regarded)
n
- Previous experience in a yard, transport, construction, maintenance or hire workplace (highly regarded)
n
- Mechanical or building maintenance experience (highly regarded)
