Warranty Claims Officern

n • Global Organisation in Warwick Farmn
n• $37.30 per hour + supern
n• Full time temporary opportunity - 6 Month with possible extension or permanency n
n
n Our client, a leading global organisation based in Warwick Farm, is seeking a Warranty Claims Officer to join their busy customer service team.n
n
n This role will see you manage a high volume of warranty and service enquiries while supporting customers throughout the claims process. You will work rotating shifts between 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.n
n
Your duties will include:n
n
n • Managing high volume inbound calls regarding warranty and service enquiriesn
n• Responding to customers via phone, email and web channelsn
n• Processing warranty claims and service requests accurately and efficientlyn
n• Reviewing claim information and ensuring all required details are providedn
n• Updating customer records and maintaining accurate claims informationn
n• Handling customer complaints and difficult interactions professionallyn
n• Liaising with internal departments to resolve warranty enquiriesn
n• Working towards KPIs including customer satisfaction and first call resolutionn
n• Completing general administration and data entry as requiredn
n
The successful candidate:n
n




n • Has previous experience in warranty claims, call centre or high volume customer servicen
n• Has a customer service or hospitality background, which will be highly regardedn
n• Has strong communication skills, both written and verbaln
n• Can confidently manage complaints and challenging customer interactionsn
n• Has excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry skillsn
n• Can work under pressure while remaining calm and professionaln
n• Is confident, friendly, switched on and genuinely passionate about customer servicen
n• Is available to work rotating shifts between 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Fridayn
n
