Professional Search Group are currently supporting a client who is embarking on an M365 governance project. As they navigate the complexities of Microsoft 365, we are in search of a skilled contractor who can provide expert guidance and support.

Position Overview:
n We are seeking an experienced M365 Governance Consultant to help our client establish a robust governance framework. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various M365 governance controls and can immediately contribute to the project by simplifying complex concepts and ensuring compliance with best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess and clarify the controls and options available within the M365 landscape, specifically:
n
n
- Microsoft Purview
n
n
- SharePoint Advanced Management
n
n
- M365 Admin Center
n
n
- Develop and implement strategies for Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Retention policies.
n
n




- Provide recommendations on governance best practices to streamline processes and enhance security.
n
n
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a clear understanding of M365 governance controls.
n
n

n

Qualifications:

n
n

n
n
- Proven experience as an M365 Governance Consultant or similar role.
n
n
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Purview, SharePoint Advanced Management, and M365 Admin Center.
n
n
- Solid understanding of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Retention management.
n
n
- Ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
n
n
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
