About the Role n
This is a full-time, on-site role based in The Junction, NSW.

You will be responsible for:

- Prospecting and securing new listings
n
- Conducting appraisals and market assessments
n
- Advising clients on market conditions and pricing strategies
n
- Managing buyer enquiries and vendor communication
n
- Negotiating offers and contracts
n
- Coordinating marketing campaigns
n
- Hosting inspections and property launches
n
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
n
- Managing listings from appraisal through to settlement
n
- Representing Dalton Partners professionally within the community
n
What We're Looking For nn
- Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
n
- Proven residential sales experience with a strong track record
n
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
n
- Strong customer service focus and relationship-building ability
n
- Confidence on camera with social media and personal branding experience
n
- Self-motivated with a passion for achieving results
n
- Strong time management and organisational skills
n
- Competency with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms
n
- Familiarity with the Newcastle property market is highly regarded
n
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
