Job Description

HYPARResidential Care is seeking a Lead Youth Worker to support the Care Team Leader across South West Queensland locations. You will coach Mentors, manage house duties, and contribute to safety and support plans for young people with complex needs.

You will help with meal planning, weekly shopping, and record-keeping while assisting with case coordination and care plan development. A positive, versatile mindset is essential for this role.
