HR Coordinator – Temporary n
$40–$45 per hour + super | North Parramatta | Parking onsite | Immediate Start

nWe’re looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join a busy HR team on a temporary basis, providing hands-on operational support across multiple divisions.n
nWorking within a high-volume, fast-paced workplace , you’ll operate as a floater across the HR team, stepping in where needed and ensuring day-to-day HR activities are completed accurately and within agreed timeframes.n
The role n
nYour responsibilities will include:n
n

n
- Preparing Letters of Offer and processing employee change requests
n
- Maintaining HR trackers and ensuring information is accurate and up to date
n
- Managing electronic employee filing and HR documentation
n
- Preparing and distributing probation reminders and coordinating exit interviews
n
- Supporting recurring HR administration and employee lifecycle activities
n
- Assisting with HR reporting and ad hoc requests
n
- Providing broader support across the HR team as priorities and workloads shift
n




- Ensuring HR processes and tasks are completed accurately and within agreed SLAs
n

nYou’ll be an experienced HR Coordinator who is comfortable working in a busy, fast paced environment.n
nYou’ll bring:n

- Previous experience supporting a fast-paced HR function
n
- Strong HR administration and employee lifecycle experience
n
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
n
- The ability to manage competing priorities and high volumes
n
- A flexible, adaptable approach and willingness to jump in where required
n
- Confidence working with HR systems and maintaining accurate employee records
n
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-focused approach
n
