Overview n
nWe're seeking a Warehouse Administrator to support a busy, quick-moving warehouse operation in Erskine Park. This is an ongoing casual opportunity with an immediate start, offering full-time hours. You'll handle customer and internal enquiries, track shipments, update systems, and support day-to-day administration-while also pitching in with hands-on warehouse tasks when required.n
Required Skills n

n
- Experience in warehouse administration, logistics administration, transport administration, dispatch/inventory administration , or a combination of warehouse + admin duties
n
- Strong customer service skills (confident on phone and email)
n
- Clear communication and ability to liaise with warehouse staff, drivers, and customers
n
- Accurate data entry and attention to detail
n
- Able to multitask, prioritise, and work efficiently in a high-volume environment
n
- Reliable, organised, and safety-focused
n
- Full Australian working rights (citizens, permanent residents, or unrestricted work rights)
n

Nice to Have Skills n

n




- Background in freight, transport, supply chain, distribution, or 3PL environments
n
- Experience resolving delivery/shipment issues and following up PODs
n
- Strong MS Office skills (Outlook/Excel) and ability to learn new systems quickly
n

Preferred Education and Experience n

n
- Prior experience in a warehouse/logistics office environment is preferred
n
- Certificate-level qualifications in Business/Administration are beneficial but not essential
n

Other Requirements n

n
- Able to work on-site in Erskine Park, NSW
n
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm (full-time hours on a casual contract)
n
- Willing and able to complete hands-on warehouse duties , including manual handling and lifting boxes up to 35kg as required
n
