Job Description

Future Golf is seeking a Lifecycle & CRM Specialist to own member journeys from onboarding to renewal, coordinating email, SMS, push and in‑app communications via Braze. You’ll work with the Head of Member and the Lifecycle & Product Engagement Manager to bring the lifecycle strategy to life across campaigns and BAU communications, while maintaining data quality and reporting insights.
