Manufacturing Manager n

TRS Resourcing is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead manufacturing operations for our client based in Corio

n

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on quality, productivity, continuous improvement and team performance within a high-precision, low-volume manufacturing environment.

The Role n

n
- Lead, mentor and manage the manufacturing team to achieve daily production targets.
n
- Drive quality, productivity, and the reduction of production losses and waste.
n
- Manage materials, consumables, plant and equipment efficiently.
n
- Oversee quality checks and workflow between manufacturing stages.
n
- Develop performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
- Maintain strong WHS, PPE and safe chemical/material handling standards.
n

About You nn
- Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field.
n
- 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
n
- Experience in automotive,



aerospace, advanced composites or high-precision manufacturingis highly regarded.
n
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement.
n
- Exposure to composites, automation, robotics or digital production systems.
n
- Solid leadership, problem-solving and project management skills.
n
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
n
