Job Description

Endeavour Group is seeking a Safety, Health & Wellbeing Lead to drive a holistic care culture across NSW and ACT stores and venues. You will embed safety into daily operations, reduce incidents, and champion wellbeing strategies on the ground.

You will travel across sites, coach teams, conduct inspections, investigate incidents, and partner with retail/hospitality teams to improve safety outcomes. Hybrid working arrangements are available.
