Are you an experiencedManufacturing Engineer with experience using HyperMill and Verticut looking to work on highly complex, high-performance products? Our client is an internationally recognised engineering business with a solid track record in thedesign, manufacture and production of precision components . Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to generate CNC Programs and define and develop manufacturing methods.

Job Description n

n
- Define and developmanufacturing methods and processesto meet quality, cost and delivery requirements.
n
- Designfixturing and work-holding solutions, supporting assembly and implementation.
n
- GenerateCNC programmesand support machining programme and tooling prove-out.
n




- Work with tooling suppliers to identifycost-effective and advanced tooling solutions.
n
- Collaborate with Machine Shop, Sub-Assembly and Inspection teams toidentify and resolve technical issues
n

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications n

n
- Extensive experience programmingHyperMill and Vericut, including complex simultaneous5-axis machining.
n
- Well-versed working in a highly regulated, precision manufacturing industry, ideally within automotive, aerospace or motorsport.
n
- Excellentanalytical, problem-solving and continuous improvementskills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
- Experience programmingturning and mill-turn machining centreswould be advantageous.
