As an Agitator Driver based at our Ballina Concrete Plant , you'll play an important role in delivering quality concrete to residential, commercial, and major infrastructure projects across the region. Whether it's a new driveway, school, bridge, or community facility, you'll take pride in safely delivering our products and providing exceptional service to our customers every day.
Key responsibilities n
n
- Conduct daily vehicle safety inspections and maintain high safety standards
n
- Operate agitator trucks safely and efficiently across a variety of delivery sites
n
- Manage concrete slump tolerances and discharge procedures (full training provided)
n
- Deliver concrete to customers while providing outstanding service and site support
n
- Complete delivery documentation accurately and efficiently
n
- Communicate effectively with Production, Allocations and customers to ensure smooth operations
n
- Represent Boral positively through qualified and safe work practices
n
What you'll bring nn
- Current HR Driver's Licence with heavy vehicle driving experience
n
- Construction White Card
n
- A strong commitment to safety and customer service
n
- Reliable, team-focused approach with excellent communication skills
n
- Interest in the construction or concrete industry (experience is advantageous but not essential)
