We are seeking experienced Warehouse Operators for our clients Distribution Centre located in Archerfield. Our client is a leading Global automotive branch, known in every household. The positions offer an immediate start in an ongoing casual nature with the view to transition to permanent.
Duties include: n

- Responsible for all despatch/receipt requirements.
n
- Coordination of the delivery trucks.
n
- Booking, scheduling, and management of freight for materials despatching to site.
n
- Packing of orders for transport.
n
- Management of delivery dockets and paperwork for dispatching equipment and goods.
n
- Unload, check, and complete paperwork for incoming goods in a timely manner.
n
- Liaison and coordination with customers who collect goods on site.
n
- Utilising the forklift (high reach) in accordance with duties.
n
- Day shift Monday to Friday.
n
Who we are looking for: nn
- Relevant and demonstrated experience in a similar position.
n
- Forklift license.
n
- Valid Australian Driver’s License.
n
- Ability to safely conduct manual lifting (upto 20kg).
n
- Demonstrated customer service experience.
n
- Strong clerical experience using MS Office.
n
- Ability to work to deadlines and available for overtime when required.
n
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team within a busy environment.
n
- High level of initiative and determination to achieve goals and targets.
n
- Robust organisational and time management skills.
n
- Have a strong understanding of adherence to WHS requirements.
n
- Willing to learn.
n
- Ability to take instruction from supervisors and management.
n
- Honest, reliable, and punctual.
n
- Permission to work in Australia.
n
