Our client is looking for a Parks Labourer to join their team on a temporary basis during the peak operating season. This is hands-on outdoor work that keeps public spaces looking their best. Based on an hourly rate of $41.33, this role offers the chance to work across a full range of grounds maintenance and landscaping tasks, from lawn care through to specialised equipment operation.

- Diverse labouring duties including lawn and garden maintenance, manual handling, and operation of minor plant equipment
n
- $41.33 per hour, temporary position aligned with peak season demand
n
- Outdoor work involving climbing, lifting, digging, and use of handheld and powered tools
n

Preferred Requirements nn
- Experience with general grounds maintenance and landscaping work
n
- Comfortable with manual handling, including lifting loads to chest height and carrying materials
n
- Ability to operate handheld tools safely,



including brush cutters, blowers, hedgers, and chainsaws
n
- Willingness to work at heights, climb ladders and in and out of trenches, and perform repetitive bending and picking tasks
n
- Reliable and physically fit, with the stamina for outdoor labouring work in varying weather conditions
n

Preferred Qualifications nn
- Relevant experience in parks maintenance, horticulture, or landscaping
n
- Current or willingness to obtain certifications in chainsaw operation or pesticide application
n
- Valid driver's licence and experience operating small vehicles or plant equipment
n
- Construction White card
n
