Coldwell Drilling is seeking Trainee Blast Hole Drillers to join our company on a full-time basisat our current and future projects. We are seeking career oriented and driven individuals to join Coldwell Drilling as an entry level Drill Trainee and build your mining career.

Coldwell - Drilling experts that have been operating in the mining industry for nearly 50 years.Our fleet includes the latest model drills which are used to complete works for major clients in the mining industry. With many exciting new projects on the horizon, we are seeking to grow our team for immediate starts.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES – include but not limited to: n
Undertake works with a strong focus on maintaining safety
n
Conduct daily checks on all equipment prior to use
n
Operate drill rigs in a safe and efficient manner as directed
n
Cleaning drill rigs, vehicles, equipment and tooling
n
Demonstrate a positive attitude towards regular and reliable drill metres
n
Provide neat and complete associated documentation for drill reports, pre-starts etc
n
Regularly use safety tools such as JSAs and Take 5's
n
Be willing to be trained across a variety of drill rigs in our fleet and show an adaptable attitude
REQUIREMENTS: n
Strong commitment to safety

Standard 11 (Current) – or willing to obtain
n
Ability to pass Coal Board Medical / Health Assessment Report – or willing to obtain
n
Australian Drivers Licence
n
Mechanically Minded
