Job Description

VCAT in Melbourne is seeking a Program Manager to lead ADR strategy and capability development within the ADR Division. You will provide strategic advice, governance oversight and cross‑functional leadership to embed ADR practice across the Tribunal.

The role reports to the Executive Director, Strategy, Policy & Engagement and requires proven experience delivering large, public‑sector programs, with robust governance, risk management and change leadership capabilities.
