nABOUT THE ROLE n
nOn behalf of our client, a leader in premium food manufacturing, we are seeking a Food Technical Manager. This role ensures product excellence, safety, and regulatory compliance across all operations, aligning with the company’s commitment to high-quality, innovative food solutions. n

nDUTIES: n
n• Maintaining quality related documents and reports. n
n• Promoting good manufacturing practices in the workplace. n
n• Performing standard tests for flavour, colour, taste, texture and nutritional content n
n• Work on compliance evaluation and quality control report n
n• Analysing and conducting research to develop theories, techniques and processes, and testing the reliability of outcomes under different conditions n
n• Managing and developing practical applications of experimental and research findings n
n• Providing advice on quality and compliance related matters. n
n• Investigating and recommending solutions for quality issues that may arise. n
n• Assisting in internal and external audits. n
n• Developing quality control procedures and safety standards for the manufacture of food products n
n• Conducting experiments and tests to identify the chemical composition and reactive properties of natural substances and processed materials n
n
nREQUIRMENTS n
n• At least Diploma Qualification in Food Technology n
n• 10+ years of experience as Quality Assurance Manager/Food technical Manager n
n• Strong analytical and problems solving capabilities. n
n• Experience in quality compliance in a manufacturing setting. n
n• Sound knowledge of the Food Act, SQF, HACCP and GMPs. n
n• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work n
