A leading national Australian law firm is expanding its Sydney Commercial Disputes & Insolvency team.

They are currently looking for a Lawyer or Associate with 2-4 years' PAE to join their highly regarded practice.

The Chance n

Working closely with an experienced partner, you will act for a sophisticated client base including major banks, financial institutions, insolvency professionals and corporate entities .

The role will provide exposure to a broad range of complex matters, including:

- Financial services recoveries and enforcement
n
- Commercial disputes and litigation
n
- Insolvency and restructuring
n
- Recovery proceedings and enforcement action.
n

About You n

The successful candidate will have:

n

n




- 2-4 years' PAE gained within a reputable commercial practice
n
- Experience across recoveries, commercial disputes, litigation and/or insolvency
n
- A genuine interest in financial services recoveries, insolvency and disputes
n
- Strong analytical, drafting and advocacy skills
n
- Excellent communication and time management skills
n
- A collaborative approach and strong commitment to client service.
