About The Role n

As a Forklift Driver, you'll play an important role in the safe and efficient movement, storage and dispatch of customer products within our cold storage facility.

Key Responsibilities Include n

n
- Operating counterbalance and/or high reach forklifts safely and efficiently
n




- Loading and unloading trucks
n
- Put-away and replenishment of stock
n
- Order picking and inventory movements
n
- Maintaining inventory accuracy
n
- Completing equipment safety checks
n
- Following safe work procedures and reporting hazards
n
- Supporting a positive team culture and helping maintain a clean and organised warehouse
n

What We're Looking For n

To Be Successful In This Role, You'll Ideally Have

n

n
- Current LF High Risk Forklift Licence
n
- Demonstrated forklift operating experience within a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment
n
- High reach experience (highly regarded)
n
- Previous cold storage experience (advantageous but not essential)
n
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and safe operating practices
n
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
n
- Good communication skills and a team-first mindset
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a respectful workplace culture
