What you’ll do n

As our Production Supervisor in our Business Enterprises team you’ll:

n

- Lead day-to-day production activities while supporting employees of all abilities
n
- Coach, motivate and develop team members in a supportive workplace environment
n
- Ensure customer expectations, productivity and quality standards are met
n
- Coordinate stock, orders and supplier relationships
n
- Promote a safe, positive and inclusive workplace culture
n

What you’ll bring nn
- Forklift and medium-rigid license essential.
n
- Experience in production, manufacturing, logistics, hospitality or similar environments
n
- Demonstrated leadership capability an inclusive workplace environment
n




- Strong communication and customer service skills
n
- A willingness to roll up your sleeves and lead from the front
n
- An enthusiasm for working alongside people with a disability
n

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
