We’re looking for a Category Manager who enjoys building, growing and challenging a category, not just maintaining one.

This is an opportunity to own a significant portfolio within Total Tools, partnering with some of the industry's biggest brands to shape range, pricing and promotional strategies that influence stores and customers across the country.

n

With the support of a dedicated Category Assistant, you’ll have the autonomy to focus on the bigger picture, make commercial decisions and see your ideas come to life in a quick-paced retail environment.

What you’ll be doing n

- Taking ownership of a high-impact category and its commercial performance
n
- Shaping ranges, pricing and promotional strategies that drive sales and profitability
n
- Building strong partnerships with major suppliers and leading commercial negotiations
n
- Delivering engaging promotional programs that drive sales and customer interest
n
- Partnering closely with stores to gather feedback, shape ranges and ensure the category delivers at store level
n
- Staying on top of new technology, trends and category developments to keep the range relevant and market‑leading
