Our client is a well-established strata management business currently in a significant growth phase, having recently acquired four new agencies across Sydney .

With the business continuing to expand, they are looking for an experienced Insurance & Compliance Coordinator to join their team. This is a excellent opportunity for someone with strata experience who wants to step into a role with genuine ownership, responsibility and the opportunity to grow with the business.

The Role n

Working closely with the strata management team, insurers, brokers, contractors and key stakeholders, you’ll oversee a range of insurance and compliance requirements across the business. Key responsibilities include:

- Managing insurance claims from lodgement through to resolution
n
- Assisting with policy renewals and insurance documentation
n
- Liaising with insurers, brokers, contractors and stakeholders
n
- Coordinating AFSS inspections, repairs and submissions
n
- Managing lift and pool registrations and renewals
n




- Coordinating strata by-law registrations
n
- Maintaining compliance registers, records and key dates
n
- Monitoring renewals and statutory requirements
n
- Assisting with onboarding and offboarding of strata plans
n
- Providing administrative support to the strata management team
n

About You nn
- Strata experience is essential
n
- Previous experience in strata insurance and/or compliance highly regarded
n
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
n
- Confident dealing with insurers, contractors and multiple stakeholders
n
- Able to manage deadlines, renewals and competing priorities
n
- Proactive and comfortable working autonomously
n
- Looking for a long‑term opportunity with a growing business
