Our Technical Solutions business delivers tailored solutions to meet complex customer requirements. We’re looking for a proactive, customer-focused Sales Support Specialist to join our team and help deliver an exceptional customer experience from quotation through to order delivery.

What you’ll do

n

Be the connection between our customers, our products and our people.

n

Working closely with Sales and teams across the business, you’ll coordinate customer requirements, orders and projects to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

- n

Coordinating the end-to-end order process, from quotations and order entry through production and delivery.

n
- n

Supporting the Sales team with pricing approvals, customer requirements and sales administration.

n
- n

Building strong customer relationships and providing proactive updates on orders, projects and delivery timelines.

n
- n

Coordinating customer specifications and information with Design, Engineering and Technical teams.

n
- n

Supporting Pelican Connected, including customer onboarding, first-level troubleshooting and issue resolution.

n
- n





Managing customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring timely follow-up and effective resolution.

n
- n

Maintaining customer portals, documentation, reports and project schedules.

n
- n

Identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

n

What you’ll bring

n

n
- n

At least 2-3 years experience in customer service, sales support, order management or project coordination, or equivalent demonstrated capability.

n
- n

Robust communication, relationship-building and organisational skills.

n
- n

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

n
- n

A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

n
- n

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; SAP or ERP experience will be highly regarded.

n
- n

The ability to collaborate effectively across teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

n

n

Experience supporting technical products, project-based solutions or Military, Government and Commercial customers will be advantageous.
