Are you a 3rd or 4th Year Electrical Apprentice looking for your next opportunity?

We are looking for motivated electrical apprentices to join an established company specialising in fire protection, fire detection and sprinkler systems.

n

This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a specialised area of the electrical industry while working alongside experienced tradespeople on commercial and industrial projects.

What You’ll Be Doing n

As part of the team, you’ll gain practical experience working with electrical and fire protection systems, including:

n

- Installation and maintenance of fire detection and alarm systems
n
- Electrical work associated with fire sprinkler systems
n
- Installation of cabling, control panels and associated equipment
n
- Testing, fault finding and troubleshooting
n
- Reading electrical drawings, plans and schematics
n
- Working on commercial buildings, construction sites and other facilities
n
- Learning about Australian electrical and fire protection standards
n
- Developing the skills required to become a qualified electrician with a specialised skill set
n

We’re looking for 3rd or 4th Year Electrical Apprentices who: n

- Are currently undertaking a Certificate III in Electrotechnology and are up to date with their training.
n
- Have a genuine interest in electrical work and developing their trade skills
n
- Are reliable, punctual and take pride in their work
n
- Has a good attitude and is willing to learn
n
- Can work effectively as part of a team
n
- Takes workplace health and safety seriously
n
- Is keen to build a long-term career in the electrical and fire protection industry
n
- Has a P driving licence minimum and reliable transport
n
