Job Description

Optus is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Remediation Lead in Australia to design and lead the end-to-end QA framework for remediation programs, delivering governance, calibration, and reporting.

n

You will partner with Remediation Operations, Complaints, Compliance, Legal, Risk and Internal Audit to ensure quality standards meet regulatory obligations and deliver stronger customer outcomes. This is a 12-month fixed-term chance with hybrid work.
