A leading luxury jewellery and timepiece retailer in Miranda is seeking a Part-Time Sales Assistant to join their high-performing boutique team.

n

About the Role
n This is a client-focused, consultative sales role suited to someone who thrives in a premium environment. You’ll deliver a tailored, memorable experience for every client while working towards individual and store targets.

n

You’ll be part of a collaborative boutique team, supporting daily operations while building strong product knowledge across jewellery and watches.

n

Roster (31 hours per week):
n Wednesday 9:00am - 6:00pm
n Thursday 3:00pm - 9:00pm
n Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm
n Saturday 8:30am - 6:00pm
n Sunday, Monday, Tuesday OFF

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service in a luxury retail environment
n
- Drive individual sales performance and contribute to boutique targets
n
- Build strong product knowledge across jewellery and timepieces
n
- Support daily boutique operations including stock, presentation, and administration
n




- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
n
- Follow all security, operational, and WHS procedures
n
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a seamless client experience
n

Skills & Experience n

n
- Previous experience in jewellery, watches, or luxury retail highly regarded
n
- Strong sales ability with a track record of achieving targets
n
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
n
- Professional, polished, and customer-first approach
n
- Solid attention to detail and ability to follow processes
n
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
n
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills
n
- Gemmology or relevant study (desirable, not essential)
n
