EBOS Group Limited is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a large and complex pharmacy portfolio across all Australia, including 35 sites and about 700 pharmacists and technicians.

You will partner with operational leaders and pharmacy managers, providing practical people advice, managing complex employee relations matters and driving performance and engagement initiatives that enable business performance.
