Global Talent Strategies is seeking a Business Development Manager for dewatering, pumping and rotating equipment services in Brisbane. You will travel across SE Queensland, manage a $2M revenue book, and drive current business selling pumps, repairs and major capital equipment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in pumping or technical sales, a service-first approach, and strong on-site communication skills to earn trust quickly.
