The Compliance Officer supports CLA to maintain effective governance, quality, risk, safety and compliance
n systems across the organisation.

The position works collaboratively with managers, team leaders and staff to ensure compliance obligations
n are identified, tracked, monitored and reported. The role assists with policy management, audit readiness,
n document control, quality improvement, risk management and regulatory compliance activities.

The Compliance Officer contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by helping staff understand
n compliance requirements and supporting practical, sustainable systems that strengthen organisational
n performance and accountability.
