Huglo Solar is looking for an experienced electrician to step into an Electrical Service & Maintenance Coordinator role.
n
This position is ideal for someone looking to begin moving off the tools , while still remaining technically involved. The role will be split between field-based technical support and office-based coordination, training and development .
Key responsibilities n
n
- Attend site to diagnose and resolve technical faults
n
- Support electricians and apprentices with complex issues
n
- Coordinate service and maintenance activities
n
- Develop technical training materials and procedures
n
- Deliver training to field staff
n
- Review recurring faults and improve installation standards
n
- Assist with commissioning, warranty and manufacturer support
n
- Provide office-based technical support to the wider team
n
About you nn
- Current Driver’s Licence
n
- Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills
n
- Experience with Solar PV systems
n
- Experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
n
- Positive understanding of switchboards and general electrical installations
n
- Ability to train, mentor and support electricians and apprentices
n
- Comfortable working both in the field and in an office-based technical role
n
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical issues
n
- Strong computer skills and ability to produce training documents, procedures and technical reports
