Hours: Monday to Friday | 7:00am – 5:00pm | Paid Overtime Daily

Pay: $32 – $35 per hour + Super

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and physically fit Warehouse Team Member to join a growing family business in Bayswater.

n

This is a permanent, full-time position for someone who wants stability, consistent hours and the opportunity to become a valued member of a great team.

This is a hands‑on, physical warehouse role — not a forklift‑only position.

n

You will spend most of your day on your feet, picking, packing, preparing and dispatching customer orders. Forklift operation makes up approximately 10–15% of the role, so you must hold a current forklift licence and have previous forklift experience.

n

We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic who is reliable, punctual and a genuinely good team member.

The Role n

Your main responsibility will be making sure customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time .

Your day will include:

- Picking and packing customer orders accurately
n
- Preparing and coordinating orders for dispatch
n
- Forklift operation – approximately 10–15% of your day
n
- Loading and unloading deliveries
n
- Manual handling and physical warehouse work
n
- Assisting with stock control and stocktakes
n
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse
n
- Following workplace health and safety procedures
n
- Helping your teammates during busy periods
n

YOU MUST HAVE n

Please make sure you meet ALL of the following requirements before applying:

- Current Forklift Licence – ESSENTIAL
n
- Previous forklift operating experience – ESSENTIAL
n
- Previous warehouse / pick and pack experience
n
- Physically fit and capable of performing an active, manual role
n
- Available for permanent full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm
n
- Available and willing to work the required paid overtime
n
- Robust work ethic
n
- Reliable and punctual – we need someone the team can depend on
n
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Positive attitude and a great team mentality
n
- Clear communication and willingness to help others
