The Role n

In this period of growth, the firm is looking for an ambitious, up-and-coming Adviser to help build the business.

As an Associate Adviser , you will:

n

n
- Support senior advisers in proactively managing client affairs, including annual progress meetings, compliance, and portfolio reviews.
n
- Get to know clients, be in meetings and immediately add value to advice process
n
- Prepare strategic advice documentation, financial modelling, and investment recommendations
n
- Collaborate with advisers and external service providers to ensure seamless client outcomes
n




- Conduct analysis across cashflow, debt, gearing, superannuation, and investment structures
n
- Take on some existing clients in time and build out your own book of business with support and guidance
n

About You nn
- Degree qualitied; FASEA compliant
n
- Ready to begin, or recently completed Skilled Year
n
- 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning, typically within a paraplanning, client services, or similar capacity
n
- Strong depth and knowledge in investments, wealth creation, and wealth protection strategies
n
- Commercially astute, with the ability to identify opportunities within existing and new clients
n
- Confident communicator; able to hold composure with UHNW clients
n
