We are seeking an experienced Trainer / Assessor to deliver and assess the Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning).
Key responsibilities n
Deliver and assess allocated BSB80120 units.
n
Facilitate engaging, industry-relevant learning for students.
n
Provide assessment feedback and maintain accurate assessment records.
n
Participate in assessment validation and continuous improvement activities.
n
Comply with College policies, procedures and applicable regulatory requirements
About you n
A current training and assessment credential TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment,
TAE50122 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training, or another credential applicable to the role
n
Vocational competency relevant to the BSB80120 units they will deliver and assess, supported by relevant qualifications and/or substantial industry experience.
n
Current industry skills and knowledge relevant to the units being delivered and assessed.
n
Demonstrated experience delivering and assessing Diploma, Advanced Diploma and/or Graduate Diploma-level qualifications or higher level.
n
Evidence of ongoing career development and industry currency.
