Job Description

Eastern Health is seeking an experienced Midwifery Unit Manager to lead the 3 East Postnatal Ward at Angliss Hospital and oversee Extended Postnatal Care across Angliss and Box Hill Hospitals. The role focuses on secure, woman‑centred care, workforce leadership and continuous improvement.

You will oversee a 16‑bed postnatal unit and drive patient flow, staff development and service planning within a values‑driven, multidisciplinary team in Melbourne's east.
