About the role n

As a PCW, you will deliver quality resident-centred care at all times attending to the personal needs of residents. This is a rewarding, hands on role that will give you the opportunity to positively impact the lives of our residents.

n

We currently have CASUAL opportunities, with various shifts available across a fortnightly roster, for PCW’s to join our team!

Your main duties will include: n

- Support residents to live the life they choose allowing them to exercise choice and independence
n
- Contributes to the physical, emotional and lifestyle needs and wants of the residents, through assessment and observation
n
- Implements clinical and care interventions as delegated by the Registered Nurse, and as documented in the resident’s plan of care.
n
- Assists the residents with their personal care and hygiene needs whilst encouraging their independence
n

About you nn
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
n
- A passion for working in Aged Care and a sound understanding of the sector
n
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
n




- Current Covid-19 vaccinations including booster are mandatory unless assessed exempt
n
- A desire to join a team committed to the care of others
