Seeking Warehouse Dispatch Clerk in Laverton! n

- Located in Laverton VIC (Western Suburbs)

- Must be available for ALL SHIFTS day (6am - 2pm), Afternoon (2pm - 10pm) AND Night shifts (10pm - 6am)

- Ordinary Pay rate of $34.65ph (Including casual loading)

Programmed are currently seeking an experienced Dispatch Clerk to join their client in Laverton who manufacture and distribute dairy products.

n

This position is based at the site Gatehouse and involves managing all inbound and outbound deliveries and stock movements. This is a casual adhoc role requiring availability of up to 5 days per week to cover absentees and team members on leave. The successful applicant must have previous dispatch and basic admin experience and be available to work 3 - 5 shifts per week predominately on afternoon shift but some day and night shifts as well.

Job Requirements:

n

n
- Must have previous Administration / data entry / inventory control experience (preferably in a warehouse)
n
- Must have outstanding written and verbal Skills
n
- Must have experience Using Excel and Microsoft applications (SAP experience is beneficial)
n
- Must have previous experience in dispatch / delivery coordination / inventory management
n
- Must be available to work -3-5 shifts per week Monday - Friday for Day (6am - 2pm) afternoon (2pm - 10pm) and night shift (10pm - 6am)
n
- Must have full work rights long-term
n

Duties and responsibilities involved/ requirements:

- Operating computer systems
n
- Liaising with truck drivers to manage and document all inbound / outbounddeliveries and stock movements
n
- Use of SAP, Excel, and Microsoft applications for data entry
n
- Answering phone calls / responding to emails
n
- Processing stock orders and invoicing
n
- Reporting any issues affecting dispatch procedures to the dispatch supervisor
n
