Retail Safari, part of Strikeforce, is looking for B2B Field Sales Representatives to join a 12-week casual field sales project representing one of our top-tier global clients across multiple Sydney territories.

In this role, you’ll spend your day meeting local business owners face-to-face, understanding their purchasing needs and introducing them to an industry-leading business purchasing platform.

Start date flexible for the right candidate.

This is a 12-week casual project with possibility for extension. Regular weekday hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm.

nAbout the role n

Your core mission is to expand the network of local small businesses by acquiring new customers and driving ongoing platform engagement and spend for our top-tier client! You will operate autonomously in field, acting as a trusted consultant to local businesses and managing your territory.

n

nYou’ll be: n
n
n

n
n
- Identifying and acquiring new business customers through proactive, face-to-face sales activity within your territory
n
n
- Engaging with small business owners to understand their unique purchasing and procurement needs
n
n
- Demonstrating how our platform delivers value through premium products, competitive pricing, and smart buying solutions
n
n
- Working towards sales, customer acquisition and activity targets
n
n
- Securing and attending a consistent daily pipeline of unique customer appointments
n
n
- Driving ongoing client engagement and purchasing behaviour
n
n
- Maintaining 100% accurate, real-time records of all customer visits and interactions within the CRM
n
n
- Representing our client’s brand professionally in the field while maintaining the highest standard of brand compliance
n
n

- Confident approaching and building rapport with new people

- Comfortable working independently in a field setting

- Energetic, proactive, and self-driven

- Organised with strong communication skills

- Available to commit to the regular weekday project hours across the 12-week period
n

nTo be successful, you will need: n

- A current valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle(mandatory) - to travel to your allocated territory
n
n
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience (B2B or direct sales highly regarded)
n
n
- Strong objection-handling and relationship-building skills
n
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
n
