Job Description

George Weston Foods Limited is seeking a Hygiene & Site Services Manager for our Chullora bakery in NSW. You will lead the Hygiene team and oversee key site services, ensuring top hygiene, food safety and operational excellence in a rapid-paced FMCG environment.

Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, you will drive continuous improvement, manage contractors, pest control, chemical safety and site compliance while partnering with operations to optimise labour and cost efficiency.
