Responsibilities:

- Knowledge of Italian cuisine and Coffee, wine, cocktails
n
- Work All-rounder with the Team
n
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and seating areas
n
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service and recommend menu items
n
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
n
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed
n




- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
n
- Participate in training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role

- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
