nPosition Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in planning, designing, and overseeing various aspects of our metal fabrication processes, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. n

nKey Responsibilities: n
n• Design and Development: n
no Develop specifications and designs for manufacturing mechanical equipment, components, and systems, tailored to client-specific requirements. n
no Utilize CAD/CAM tools to program CNC machines for customized production runs, ensuring optimal performance and precision. n
n• Process Management: n
no Plan, organize, and manage the flow of materials and production schedules to ensure timely project delivery. n
no Oversee the assembly, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of mechanical and process plants and installations. n
n• Quality Assurance: n
no Establish and implement standards and policies for quality control, testing, inspection,



and maintenance of equipment and machinery. n
no Conduct inspections to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety standards. n
n• Collaboration and Coordination: n
no Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to organize raw materials and schedule projects, ensuring alignment with production capabilities. n
no Provide guidance and feedback to reduce waste and improve efficiency within the manufacturing process. n
n• Innovation and Improvement: n
no Contribute to product design innovation and improvement, ensuring compliance with relevant manufacturing standards. n
no Utilize simulation software to validate designs and processes before implementation. n
n
nQualifications: n
n• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. n
n• Proven experience in a mechanical engineering role within the metal fabrication industry. n
n• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and CNC machine programming. n
n• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations. n
n• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. n
n• Effective communication and collaboration abilities. n
n• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. n
