Key Responsibilities: n

Oversee and manage the national rollout of bank fitouts from initial planning through to completion
n
- n
Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure all aspects of the project are on track, on time, and within budget
n
- n
Liaise with key stakeholders and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project delivery
n
- n
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and efficiency
n
- n
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
n
- n
Provide regular project updates to senior management
n
About You: n
n
- n
Proven experience in project management with a strong background in commercial fitouts, particularly within the banking sector
n
- n
Demonstrated experience managing fitout projects valued up to $1M in New South Wales
n
- n
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and subcontractors
n
- n
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently
n
- n
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
n
- n
Local NSW experience essential
