Harrison Barratt Group has partnered with a premier fire services company looking to add a wet fire project manager to their growing team

The Role n

n
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of wet fire protection projects, including sprinkler, hydrant, and fire pump systems, across commercial, industrial, healthcare, and strata settings
n
- Oversee project planning, programming, procurement, and budget management
n
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
n
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, builders, and consultants
n
- Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work to ensure compliance with relevant standards (AS 2118, NCC)
n
- Manage variations, progress claims, and commercial performance across projects
n
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements
n
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and project handover activities
n




- Mentor and support junior project staff and coordinators
n

About You nn
- Proven senior-level experience as a Project Manager within wet fire protection systems
n
- Experience on Tier 1 projects across commercial, industrial, healthcare, and/or strata settings highly regarded
n
- Strong understanding of relevant Australian Standards (AS 2118) and NCC requirements
n
- Experience managing large project budgets, programs, and subcontractors
n
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills
n
- Relevant trade, engineering, or project management qualification highly regarded
n
