We're looking for an experienced Property Lawyer or Senior Conveyancer to join our New South Wales team.
About the role n
You'll manage residential conveyancing and property matters from start to finish, including contract reviews, client advice, stakeholder management and settlement.
n
You'll have genuine autonomy, work directly with clients and referral partners and contribute to improving our processes, technology and client experience.
n
You'll be joining a remote team that values accountability, collaboration and open communication.
What you'll bring n
n
- n
5+ years' experience in residential property law and/or conveyancing
n
- n
Robust knowledge of New South Wales property law and conveyancing
n
- n
Ability to manage matters independently from start to finish
n
- n
Strong contract review skills and the ability to provide clear, practical advice
n
- n
Excellent client and stakeholder communication
n
- n
Strong organisation and attention to detail
n
- n
Confidence using technology and learning new systems
n
- n
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
n
- n
The ability to work autonomously while remaining connected to a remote team
n
- n
A willingness to support and guide less experienced colleagues
n
n
Cross-jurisdictional experience will be highly regarded but isn't essential.
n
