ENAP is looking for anexperienced Payroll & Accounts Officer to join our Finance &Administration; Team based in Hemmant.

n

This is a hands-onrole managing the end-to-end weekly payroll for 200+ trade-based employees ,with additional accounting and finance support across the business.

n

You'll report to theFinancial Controller and work inside a finance transactional team, whilstsupporting the engineering and construction business where payroll is a processoriented weekly job, which will require you to understand timesheets, awards, allowances,overtime and the realities of a trade-based workforce.

What You'll BeDoing: You'll takeownership of the weekly payroll cycle, including: n

- End-to-end weekly payroll usingProntoXi
n
- Reviewing and validating employeetimesheets
n
- Interpreting awards, allowances, overtime,penalties, shifts and other pay conditions
n
- Setting up new starters and processingemployee changes
n
- Managing leave reconciliations andemployee terminations
n
- Processing PAYG, payroll tax, pay daysuperannuation, child support, garnishee and PPL payments
n
- Managing Q-Leave obligations
n
- Processing workers compensation paymentsand year-end reconciliations
n
- Payroll reporting and analytics
n
- Supporting the Financial Controller withbank reconciliations, journals, fixed assets and other accounting tasks

Are You an ENAPFit? n

We're looking forsomeone who understands payroll, is comfortable working with a trade-basedworkforce and takes pride in getting the details right.

You'll have: n

n
- Proven payroll experience, ideally withinengineering, construction, manufacturing or a trade-based setting
n




- Strong knowledge of Australian payrolllegislation, awards and pay conditions
n
- Demonstrated experience processing weeklypayroll for a medium to large workforce, including trade timesheets,allowances, overtime, penalties and shifts
n
- Experience with ERP/payroll systems -ProntoXiis preferred
n
- Strong Excel and other Microsoft Officeskills, with excellent attention to detail
n
- Strong communication skills with theability to manage queries, deadlines and competing priorities
n
- A practical, team-focused approach withthe ability to work independently
