SYC is a not-for-profit organisation helping people with disability to access meaningful employment. The Employment Coach will support participants, connect them with tailored opportunities and collaborate with employers to promote inclusive outcomes.

Based at the Fortitude Valley site, you’ll deliver coaching, career planning, and post-placement support in a fast-paced, participant‑focused setting dedicated to community impact.
