ASX is seeking an experienced Company Secretary to join the in-house governance team at the centre of Australia’s financial markets. You will deliver high-quality governance, support Boards and Committees, and manage communications across ASX Group.

The role requires strong governance expertise, knowledge of the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules, and the ability to build trusted relationships with directors, regulators and senior management. A hybrid, adaptable arrangement is offered.
